Preceptor Steps
Students have the ability to register preceptors
Please complete the following Online tasks for each student you precept:

Platinum Planner preceptors, please click on the "Forms" tab and complete a Formative Evaluation.
Due to accreditation standards through , our students will also complete a Preceptor Evaluation for quality assurance purposes.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If a student has an exposure or accident in the clinical setting, follow the instructions on the Environmental Health & Safety website on what to do and who to notify, including informing clinical director Mich Oki.
You will need to complete theses forms: an Individual Report of Incident ( or ) and a Supervisor's Report of Incident ( or ).
