Purchase Software for Campus Computers
All software purchased by the university must go through the software risk assessment process to ensure it meets security, compliance, and operational standards. Detailed guidelines on this process can be found at the following link.
Weber State has contracted with SHI and Kivuto for discounted prices on software for campus computers.
Software from SHI
SHI has a variety of software available to purchased through them or the manufacturer. See the SHI purchasing instructions for more information.
For Microsoft software such as Visio, Project, and Visual Studio, purchase a license only as Weber State already owns the installation media.
Software from Kivuto (OnTheHub)
A small set of software is avaible from Kivuto in the marketplace. Faculty and staff can register an account using their Weber State email address to view discounted software.
