Department oversight and main point of contact for the Technology Commercialization Office (TCO).

TCO assists university faculty and staff with processes associated with transitioning technologies from the research lab to the marketplace, including: Invention Evaluation, Licensing to Industry, Licensing Revenue, Patents / Patent Applications, Reporting Inventions, Research Publication, & TCO Services.

Oversees sponsored projects operations and OSP representative for the College of Science (CoS), College of Engineering, Applied Science, and Technology (EAST), and Industry Sponsored Research and Nondisclosure Agreements (NDA).

OSP representative for the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences, Dumke College of Health Professions, Goddard School of Business and Economics, Lindquist College of Arts and Humanities, and the Moyes College of Education.

OSP representative for operational aspects associated with grant projects post-award. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with grant awards, managing financial aspects, and facilitating communication and coordination between various campus departments to assist PIs with grant-related administrative tasks, such as procurement and hiring.

OSP representative for post-award processes. Responsibilities include coordinating with Accounting Services to set up new grant and contract accounts, monitoring budget allocations and expenditures, overseeing post-award compliance, and communicating and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders involved in grant and contract awardsBeth Pessetto
